Lean ground turkey
Plain yogurt
Bread crumbs
Chili powder
Fresh, raw spinach (shredded)
Rip the spinach into small shredded pieces. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands (it's cold!). Form slightly larger than palm-size patties. Cook patties thoroughly on a grill over open-flame (carefully). Add to a toasted bun with your favorite condiments (sliced avocado and tomato are perfect with these.) These are healthier for you than regular burgers and are so juicy and flavorful, you won't know the difference!
